The details
What happens to your information
Short answers, one topic at a time.
Please leave health details out
No box asks about your health or your patients, and a match does not need that detail. Please do not type patient or medical information anywhere on the form. If some slips in, ask us through the contact page to delete it.
What the form asks for
Your full name, email and phone number are required. We also ask for your state or region, what you want help with, net worth, income and investable assets (each as a range), your main goal and timeline, whether you already have an advisor and how to reach you.
Who receives your request
A person on our team reads your request and contacts you to confirm what you need. Then it can go to up to three licensed financial advisors who work with people in medicine, and they may pay to receive the introduction. Until they do, they see only an anonymous summary of region, ranges and what you need. Your name and contact details are released only after an advisor buys the request. You never have to hire anyone.
How the form is protected
Form data is stored on our cloud infrastructure and reaches us through an email-delivery provider. A bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile), a hidden honeypot field and rate limiting guard against misuse. Cloudflare, which carries this site's traffic, sees requests and IP addresses. Calculators send us nothing.
Cookies, ads and your choices
Ads and analytics stay off until you allow cookies, and Google Analytics waits in a denied, cookieless mode until you decide. After that, we may use Google Analytics 4, Google AdSense and the Meta Pixel, which measure advertising and social activity and may pass visit information to those companies. We may also use Yandex Metrica, a page-visit counter that helps Yandex Search find these pages, with session recording turned off. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share, Yandex Metrica stays off and a request you send is flagged do-not-sell. The Do not sell or share my personal information page has the same controls, saved in your browser only.
How long we keep it, and your rights
We keep a request as long as needed to make the match and to meet legal record-keeping needs. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law says we must keep it. Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents can ask what we hold about them, ask us to fix or delete it, or opt out of its sale or sharing, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Other states may give similar rights. We do not knowingly take information from anyone under 16. Ask through the contact page.
If you are an advisor
Advisors give a name, work email and CRD number. At sign-up we look the number up in the public SEC record; it must turn up, be currently registered and carry the same name. If the email is personal, or disclosure events are on record, a person reviews the account. Card payments go through a payment provider; we keep no card numbers. Only advisors at SEC-registered firms can receive introductions; that is checked against the public record at sign-up and before each purchase.
